How to create your profile? 

* Follow the link below to create your profile in less than 5 minutes and get a mentoring proposal.
* Request a mentor, who has 15 days to respond to your request.
* Accept the connection, and the mentoring journey begins.

And then, how does it work? 
* A flexible program tailored to your pace—you and your mentor decide on the frequency of meetings.
* Regular discussions (about 1 hour every two weeks) based on your availability.
* Meetings in person or remotely, depending on your preference.
