Once a year, you can request a career interview. During a 30-minute discussion, we review your situation and your objectives.
During this exchange, you can rediscover our career offering and define your strategy. Your contact will put you in touch with recruitment consultants, skills assessment specialists, professional coaches and other alumni who can add real value to your network.

A graduate of a business school in the Grande Ecole program (ISEG - class of 94), Delphine spent 15 years working in commercial animation and marketing in the Veolia Group's waste management division, before transitioning to Human Resources in 2010 with an Executive Master's degree in Human Resources Management at IGS Lyon. This was followed by years in GEPP (Management of Jobs and Professional Paths) at Veolia Water and then in customized training at the Institut of Urban Environment. Building on this experience, Delphine trained in professional coaching and founded Rémanence Coaching Professionnel in Lyon in 2014 before continuing her activity in the United States (Houston TX) from 2015 to 2021. Since returning to France, Delphine has joined emlyon alumni to run the career centre and provide the best possible response to your career-related needs.
