Are you a graduate from emlyon business school or a student on a graduate training course? If so you will be able to connect to the alumni platform with your emlyon business school ID.

Find my emlyon business school ID

I am a graduate:

Your alumni ID will be in the form of an emlyon email. E.g. firstname.surname@emlyonforever.com 

If you cannot find our alumni ID, you can retrieve it by contacting us at
alumni@em-lyon.com
 

I am a student:

Your connection ID is your emlyon business school email. Use your normal emlyon password to connect.

⚠️ If you haven't logged on to the alumni platform for more than 2 years, there's no point in resetting your password as your account is probably deactivated. To reactivate your emlyon account: you can call the IT department : +33 (0)4 72 18 46 28  (Monday to Saturday 7.30am to 8pm).


You can reset your password using your emlyon login (emlyon email).

You will then receive a message from noreply@em-lyon.com on your emergency email with a new password. Please note that it may take up to 30 minutes for this password to work.

You can change your alumni account password at any time. You will need your old password and your alumni ID (emlyon email).

Please observe the following rules for passwords: 

A minimum length of 12 characters and must include at least 3 of the 4 complexities below:

At least one uppercase character (A to Z)

At least one lower-case character (a to z)

At least one base 10 digit (0 to 9)

At least one special character (~! @ # $ ^ * _- =':; ,.? )

Accents (é,è,à...) are forbidden, as are (+) and spaces.

Names / First names / School name are forbidden

Manage my alumni backup email

Your alumni account is associated with a backup email address that will allow you to reset your password. To fill in or change your backup address, go directly to your Microsoft 365 account. Find out more here.

You can't log in from a work computer


Your company probably uses a Microsoft environment and your emlyon login conflicts with your professional account. To get around this problem, log on to the platform by opening a private browser window.




Consult your emlyon business school mailbox

Graduates can consult their emlyon business school emails on the Microsoft Office portal by connecting with their normal alumni ID:
