Drawing on my varied and enriching experiences, particularly as a youth leader with a BAFA certification and through interim assignments, I have developed unique human and professional skills that have shaped my personality. My experience as a youth leader has honed my adaptability, enabling me to supervise groups dynamically and in an organized manner while fostering strong communication skills. My involvement in interim assignments has taught me to quickly integrate into new environments and maintain a high level of performance even in uncertain situations, further strengthening my ability to work as part of a team. On a personal level, my achievements in disciplines such as judo, where I hold a brown belt, piano, which I have practiced for about ten years, and basketball, illustrate my perseverance, discipline, and determination. These activities have also instilled in me the importance of organization and time management, qualities that align with my professional aspirations. Aiming for a leadership position in finance, I am particularly motivated by the rise of green finance, a new form of finance that combines economic performance with environmental responsibility. For me, this sector represents an opportunity to contribute to positive transformation by integrating sustainable and innovative financial practices into businesses. I aspire to play a key role in this change by bringing a strategic and ethical vision while leveraging my skills in financial analysis and risk management. In my view, finance should no longer be merely a vehicle for profit but a lever for change, serving a more sustainable and inclusive economy. My ability to take a step back and my organizational skills allow me to tackle challenges with rigor and creativity, while my teamwork spirit and perseverance drive me to see projects through to completion. Driven by the desire to make a difference, I envision myself thriving in a sector undergoing profound change, where my technical and interpersonal skills can be fully expressed in service of a forward-looking vision of finance.
